Your tasks
As a Full Stack Engineer, you shape innovative software solutions from the user interface to the database layer. You are familiar with modern web technologies and develop scalable applications. You work directly with clients from various professions (e.g., from the construction industry), understand their problems, and translate them into well-thought-out technical solutions.
Your profile
- You hold an excellent degree in Computer Science or have a comparable background
- You have several years of experience in full-stack development
- You have solid knowledge of modern UI frameworks, preferably Angular, alternatively React or Vue
- You have backend experience with Node.js and frameworks such as NestJS
- You have excellent programming skills, live by best practices, and have successfully shipped software projects with TypeScript and Python to production
- You get the maximum out of LLM-based coding assistants: parallel sessions, MCP tools, Agent.md, workflow automation – and you are constantly looking for ways to become even more productive
- You have experience with databases, especially MongoDB
- You have an eye for clean code and good user experience
- You have a hands-on mentality and prefer action over discussion
- You enjoy mentoring others and sharing your knowledge
- You enjoy working in a team and can communicate effectively with people of different professions (technical and non-technical)
- You have excellent German language skills
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and identify risks early on
- Through your motivation and self-discipline, you achieve a high quality standard, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members
